I'm not shaming anyone the weak and pathetic will always ENJOY gun ownership because your false totem makes you feel like what you absolutely are not. Powerful. You are the insane one that doesn't realize Cho,Holmes, Loughner and this idiot whatever his name is were all law abiding citizens. All of them were crazy people who you and your ilk fought tooth and nail to arm, and arm them you did. And someone else paid with their life for it. I hope you and your kids never have to pay with your lives for your stupidity. And no, having a gun of your own will not protect you.

Except you're just as wrong on this as you are on everything with this topic.

This happened just yesterday. (plenty more like it too)

OROSI, Calif. (CBS/AP) — A Central California man shot and killed an intruder, and sent another to the hospital while defending his younger siblings, according to police.

The 22-year-old man who defended his family was also shot in the early morning gun battle, but was expected to survive. Investigators continued to search for one or two more suspects, according to KSFN.

The man was asleep at the home in rural Tulare County when he heard someone breaking into the home, according to Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux . He heard somebody kicking down the door and took his siblings—ages 8 to 18 — into another room, grabbed a gun and the shooting started.

Deputies found one of the intruders dead on the front driveway, and Boudreaux says another was dropped off at a hospital and remained in serious condition

Call it what you want. I don't need to carry a gun to feel big and powerful.

Answer my question. Do you leave your gun unlocked and loaded "just in case"?

And here's the reason people should be able to defend themselves (but also the reason I should probably stop having this "discussion" with you).

"I'm big because genetics/apes. My fists are stronger than I am smart. Therefore what I say is always right."

Dude, how many fucking times are you going to tell us how big you are on the internet? I've lost count.

Yes... I'm sure you had a fun time googling a case where a fire extinguisher was used to kill someone.

If you don't understand the different between it and a gun though are far as its capacity to do harm and its purpose, then you need to get your head out of your ass. Woodypeckerhead

****************************************************************************

Yes, I did have fun finding it, and no, I didn't google it.

No, you ARE an ass - and you don't understand that any object can be used in violence. Not so much "VIOLEVE",

which isn't a word, you butt of the board...

You always jump in, and try to best somebody to make yourself feel important. Dang, that's really sad.

Okay... in your really low level of communication: "Woodypeckerhead, if you don't know that any object can be used

in extreme "VIOLEVE" (laughing at you), then you don't know the different between between being an ass that you are, and a pressure cooker

that murdered 3 and injured 260 people, and a gun, then you have your head up your ass."

Here's another one: "If woodypeckerhead doesn't know the difference between "difference" and "different"....

and doesn't understand that "VIOLEVE" is not a word, and he "meant" to be saying "VIOLENCE"...then

he is not as smart as a woodypeckerhead should be. ha, ha, ha, hee, hee, hee.

It's really tough to try to stoop down and communicate with you on your ignorant level. You seem to be unable to

be a legit part of any discussion. You don't know much about life, or spelling, or proper word usage, or guns,

or .....anything. But have a nice, albeit clueless, pretending-to-be-a-know-it-all day.

If there were tighter gun laws this would of never happened.

You keep count? Loser. I've NEVER brought it up unless I'm struggling to understand your motivations and insistence that you need it for protection. I don't feel that way and it's the only reason I can understand why you'd cling to them so hard. Let's also be realistic. Easily 99% of the time you'd be threatened you won't have a gun available to you. You won't be protected from one of your fellow firearm enthusiasts' rampages even if you're carrying it in a shoulder holster like you think you're some kind of special agent instead of a dentist. You can make the argument that you'd need it for a home invasion, but I'd be willing to bet without researching that the presence of guns doesn't stop many home invasions. I'd also be willing to bet that more people are shot "accidentally" than with any practical purpose. A gun in my mind is just an extremely dangerous (and false) security blanket to your average person. I literally cannot understand why you think it makes you any safer, except that you're not thinking clearly.

Hahahaha. You're a fucking idiot. You really are fucking Retarded Cal. Common sense escapes you in your attempt to follow your party at all costs. Thank God you're just some farmer. Thank god you don't affect much. Thank god.

But no, cal, just call me out on typos. Then you don't actually have to respond.

And are you really equating a gun to a fire extinguisher to try to make a point? Holy shit. Open your eyes.

No, the real point is, you anti gunners wail about tragic deaths, only if a

gun is involved.

Otherwise, you don't give a frack.

3 human beings were murdered, and 260 injured, in Boston, and you anti-gunners couldn't care less.

but let one or two people be murdered with a gun, and you are enraged at the tragedy and loss

of life.

Think about it, woodypeckerhead. Your hypocrisy says you only want to have libs get the upperhand

in politics...

or, you really are a twisted, little sissy who can't keep up with any legit conversation.

Talking about making life miserable, even disarming, millions and millions and millions of really solid

people who would never commit a crime...and not all of them are conservative, by any stretch, because some nutjob who shouldn't have a gun, is stupid. The nutjob will still get a gun. or a pressure cooker.

Or something. .

That's a major reason that phony "gun control" doesn't go anywhere. It's bogus - another political hate wedge

against people who aren't like you and the left.

I really wonder if you are one of those nutjobs.

Its cool, Hulkster. Since you ignore any shred of evidence that contradicts your argument, like the one I posted from this morning where a gun did protect 3+ people from armed intruders, we can just not do this anymore.

I hope your wife and kids are as jacked as you are so they won't need anything but their fists to defend themselves.

And for one last time for you to jerk yourself off - how big are you exactly?

You do not pay attention to detail. That's a horrible trait for a doctor of any kind. I've said on numerous occasions I own four firearms. It's true they were inherited and not purchased first hand but I still own them. I hope you pay more attention to your dental practice and less time fingering your guns and being frustrated, but that's not my problem.

Yeah Cal, I'm one of those nutjobs....

Fuck off.

If you can't get past the difference between a pressure cooker and a gun then I'm done. It isn't worth arguing with you if you're gonna be that big of a closed minded idiot.

I believe the point is that those who choose to kill will always find a means to do so, gun or homemade bomb. Man has been able to commit mass killings long before gun powder and projectiles were combined, and they will continue to do so with guns legal, legislated or outlawed.

Yes they will unfortunately. Since picking up rocks and killing each other, or whatever. It seems man is a natural born killer.

You're a Trip.

No where did I mention you not having guns. You repeatedly question why people "think they need guns to protect themselves" when you say things like :

" A gun in my mind is just an extremely dangerous (and false) security blanket to your average person. I literally cannot understand why you think it makes you any safer, except that you're not thinking clearly."

To which I've repeatedly provided multiple examples of people using guns to defend themselves. Thus making them safer.

Then you ignore the examples, and try to slag on me and my profession for some reason. For all your bragging about how huge you are, this reeks of a serious inferiority complex. Is your penis not proportionate?

Once guns are removed from the public, which is next? Perhaps our freedom of speech? Perhaps are freedom of thought? Some want to blame a conscienceless and static device like a gun while we ignore the things that brought one to make such a decision to pick up a gun, knife or pressure cooker. What devices were in place that drove a young man to think that his identity was based on sexual relationships with women? Why did he think that being a "virgin" at 22 somehow ruined his life? What influences changed his perception? We can point our fingers at a weapon of choice, but the seed of violence was growing long before a gun was purchased.

We can ignore the affects of porn and over sexualization in our society all we want, but I would bet that this young man had a very perverted world view of woman and sex in general and that it started a very young age. It's time that efforts and energy is directed at the root cause of such actions and not the tool that was used.

When exactly did I bag on you? I said a doctor should pay attention to details. One detail you remember. One not so much. For what it's worth I remember most details people post about here. If anyone has mentioned anything I tend to remember it. If you can point out where I said something like "ha ha you're a dentist in maryland, stupid" this post might make more sense.

Of course they will. Whether they do t with a pressure cooker or an automatics weapon is the issue here. No one is saying people will stop trying to kill people. What I am saying is that it wouldn't hurt to greatly reduce their ability to do so.

But you aren't "greatly reducing" anything.

Even if you ban guns, criminals will have a field day with the black

market. And they will have easy targets in any family's home, car...

People can make guns in any machine shop.

You ever work in a machine shop? of course not. but I have,

years ago. You give me a Bridgeport mill, a surface grinder,

and maybe some nice hardwood and a shopsmith and a dremmel tool, and I could make

a nice gun. You'd have to heat treat the steel, not a big deal.

Going after the people who are NOT the problem is bogus. So why attempt it? It makes no sense at all.

Except for, political power over people who aren't like you. Like mmgw, it's a way for the left to control

the non-left.

And the $$$$$$$$$ the left can make by controlling, and licensing, and charging fees, and taxing....

that is what it's really about.

"Yes, but that's what you meant when you said X, Y, and Z (examples). Are you going to address my evidence?"

"I don't think guns aren't necessary because you don't need them to protect yourself. Grumble, mumble, fist, big."

"Sigh"

round and round we go....
