THE BROWNS BOARD

Why in god's name would you vote for Hillary?

Recommended Posts

The reps have their problems, woody, but it isn't a clusterfook.

The dems are lost as a respected party on both sides of the isle. They

are something very different, and not really a political party at all.

The dems are more like the Sandanistas back in the leftwing Nicaraguan days.

The reps seem to have the good guys unwilling to step forward and face the evil

demwitted land of Mordor......

sorry, I forgot.... you just look that stuff up, okay?

Just saying, if you're going to criticise people for spelling mistakes (or "the woody spelling") then you'd better be damn perfect yourself.

Agreed. I'd say the only time its called for is in response to somebody who's calling you a moron and obviously (not a typo) uses the incorrect spelling or version of a word.

Yep. Everyone makes spelling mistakes from time to time, it's not a huge deal.

Technically speaking, you are both right on the spelling of "criticize/criticise". Chris just used the British variant of the word: http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/criticise It's similar to how "color" and "colour" are both used.

Also, you are supposed to use a comma after the word "it" in your sentence, not a period. You are also missing a period after the word "LOL" as well.

grammar <> spelling errors.

I don't worry about grammar all that much...

I type very fast, sometimes too fast...

but I always go back and spell the words correctly...ahem...

with few exceptions.

Before you've even had a chance to engage your brain, usually ;)

And seriously, if the only straw you can clutch at is that I use the british spelling, then you essentially have no straws.

(FWIW, I use lower case on pronouns out of laziness, such as 'british' above, except in cases of acronyms, generally)

Have you seen where the steering wheels are on their cars? They are on the wrong side. Who is selling them all those defective vehicles?

You tried to claim I'd spelt (another one) something wrong, but in fact I'd just used the british version. I don't point out every time you or anyone uses the american version as 'wrong' because they're both acceptable and it doesn't matter.

damn. I did use "you're"...... lol lol lol.

meanwhile, the Brits must have had a woody-type engineer that put the

steering wheels on the wrong side of the road, and a chris-type

goof that decided to drive on the wrong side of the road, instead of

fixing the car design.

You're aware that you used to drive on the left as well, right? Only the kid with daddy issues decided to rebel by driving on the right.

Plus, this seems to be a case of the pot calling the kettle old

Well I don't know if you are on Facebook or follow any social media but I would say 9 out of 10 photographs of Donald Trump are the least flattering pictures imaginable. I mean, if that bothers you, which I doubt.
