I remember when people on this board made fun of Brian Daboll when he was OC here, now won his inaugural playoff game. Still early as Stefanski's inaugural season was impressive but gone downhill since then.

They didn't have anyone to replace him with in the Defensive staff which is why he was fired pretty much after the final whistle on Sunday.

What a forgettable season, finishing bottom of the division again even with a down Pittsburgh year.

The officiating in this game is embarrassing.

Only watched the first quarter and didn’t track the score so I was pleasantly surprised to see Browns won with such a commanding lead. Appears that Watson’s continued improvement has continued and the defense popped up again like whack a mole.

Some people wanted him to replace Brissett here, let's see what he can do for Tennessee on TNF

Run plays 31 times but unimaginative plays, could've had more designed runs for Watson, Kareem and Chubb simultaneously on the field, direct snaps to RB etc.

Finally watched the game, I like Watson’s progression and he made a few elite sideline throws I haven’t seen since the return. Defense also made one of its sporadic appearances this season which if had been more consistent would’ve been good for 2-3 more wins this season. Cade York is worrisome but he’ll get another season to hopefully figure things out. DPJ is legit, hope he’s paid next season.

Taped the game and will watch it before commenting but a W is a W. Ask the Colts how they feel after scoring 36 points lol. Go Browns!!

Last game, I saw little or none of that this game. I hope when he starts lighting it up we'll get the same number of posts about his performance.

Dallas struggled against Houston, needed a game winning drive at the end of the 4th quarter to win it. We can agree Dallas is much better than the Browns this season.

Self inflicted doesn't matter in the reality of things it's still almost 2 years not playing at game speed. The good news is that his play noticeably improved from last week so maybe by the end of the season we'll see the DeShaun we paid for. I watched part of the game and there was a near sack with his legs wrapped up where he still made a long completion. I'm optimistic for the future.

Baker didn't have a 700 day lay off. When the NFL extended Watson's suspension from 6 to 11 games, our season was effectively over, we hoped otherwise but it is what is.

WTH just happened on TNF? His best game in 3 years at least he did us a favor in the WC standings.

Where was this D and Special teams all season? I'll give Watson the benefit of the doubt this game (sat Amari Cooper on my fantasy team) but he needs to step it up next game.

Brissett era is over on a high note, with better defense he could've ended with at least 6/5 record. Watson takes over the reins now so we can close this thread moderators.

I don't understand why Pharaoh Brown and Harrison Bryant are being targeted in the end zone (or even on the field) instead of Njoku. Missed 14 points there, sometimes Stefanski is too cute instead of play designing his playmakers into the game. Amari Cooper had a great game should have paired that with Njoku since the Bills game planned against Chubb.

Hate the result as I thought we should've taken better of advantage of an "away" game for the Bills but great to see the progression of Donovan Peeples-Jone into a reliable receiver. He must be the first receiver we've developed positively since the return I think.

Some rationality after a not so surprising loss. FNIA showed how the Dolphins have the ideal playmakers to counter our zone defense. Offensively I was surprised they countered our run game so well however. Whether we like it or not Stefanski gets at least one full year with Watson, and Haslam won't undermine him by pressuring him to change DC's mid season.
