No. It isn't. There is absolutely no governmental action involved in an employer requiring certain things as a condition of employment, particularly for health and safety reasons. Like requiring a drug test, or any number of other impositions employer's make on their employees as a condition of employment. Seattle's problem in the past was that the new owner that bought that franchise was NOT from Seattle, but was from Oklahoma, and was looking for any excuse to move the team to his home state....and he used the excuse of them having an outdated arena to move them. I don't think he ever gave Seattle a chance to build or renovate what they had. I personally think it is better to have a home town person own the team. We have had our issues with Haslam.....very partially because he is not home grown, but actually because he just had done a piss poor job of selecting GMs and HCs. Well, here like my Dr. Oz situation, is clearly a case of where you have not paid attention to what has been said about this situation. If BB wanted just one year at a time...it was because, as I said, he was concerned that TB was too long in the tooth and did not want to commit to him for any longer than that. Actually there has been plenty of speculation and plenty of evidence about just THAT based on indices that were given off...including the fact that BB was wanting to groom Jimmy Garropolo to replace Brady some years earlier. In essence, BB was forced to go along with the trade that sent JG to SFO. In fact, apparently BB wanted to actually trade Brady to SFO and not Garrapolo (per John Lynch...49ers GM). Robert Kraft would have none of that. Just like when he thought Bernie Kosar was done, BB thought that Brady may have been done and was looking to replace him. Its a main reason Brady moved out of there when he did.
