  1. And that's the game! Browns 41 Tennessee 35 Mayfield had 334 passing yards and 4 TDs. Chubb with 80 yards rushing and 1 TD and Hunt with 33 yards and a tackle. Browns go to 9-3
  2. It's done... just a matter of the game clock catching up
  3. So how do we feel about today's win? 🎈🎉🍻
  4. Alternating him with Chubb to keep the drive going and take time off the clock is a great advantage in a game like this. Just no huge lapses and it's in the bag.
  5. Stewart for the pick after a successful challenge by the Titans... Browns prevent a score and have the ball to start the fourth up by 20 Great position to be in... just have to close it out
  6. talk about a tale of two halves everyone knew the titans would come out swinging but the browns have to weather that and punch back
  7. well, looks like we very well may be talking about the fun side...
  8. lol another fumble recovery by the browns to end the first half Browns 38 Tennessee 7 Mayfield at 290 passing yards and 4 TDs. Chubb with 40 yards rushing and 1 D. No turnovers and two fumbles recovered by the defense...
  9. ok, fan timeout... what was that shot of Tennessee fans gently holding the top corners of their game towels and daintily and softly shaking them? is that some kind of spectator penalty?
  10. Yup. So even if the Titans adjust in the second half he can still pass for 350 or more unless the Browns get totally locked down, which doesn't seem likely. Of course, the Browns may want to throw less and use their ground game to control and wind down the clock, but even then and extra fifty or so yards in passing seems reasonable based on today's performance so far.
  11. and another TD pass... 4 so far today this time to Higgins Mayfield will have well over 300 yards passing at this rate
  12. well, now Njoku is flying... so... i guess this is a great time for the team to get things working so well lots of extra effort to make the plays
  13. what an answer by the Browns one play drive for a TD
  14. well the big man made the catch for that 17-0... toss and catch with no defense on him
  15. Karl Joseph for fumble recovery... this might go 17-0 fast
  16. Doesn't Cleveland have a decent number as well? Or has that changed with the Mayfield bandwagon?
  17. hehe, every time i see a Zombo post i think of http://www.zombo.com/ but yeah if Cincy or either NFC East team won that would be a huge upset the Giants might just make the playoffs this year 😆
  18. The difference is public perception. The Browns set the standard and some records for losing. That's their burden to bear until they show they can be a great team again. They've risen from "total loser" status to "potential playoff team", but because the 8-3 record is against poorer performing teams there's an asterisk next to it for those used to "the same old Browns". If the Browns have a couple of winning seasons and make the playoffs in one of them they can shake that reputation as a let-down team. The rest is the same kind of noise and speculation people get paid to write about but leaving that aside, there is a legit question about what might happen if the Brown's as a whole improve to a greater level of potential but Mayfield doesn't develop fast or far enough to match. Not saying that will happen. Yet sometimes the player you need for one phase of rebuilding and advancement isn't the best choice for another. If for some reason Mayfield can't keep up, then he can't. But the Browns wouldn't be where they are now without him, so deserves loads of credit.
  19. I thought I heard this is the Browns' best start after 11 games since 1994. You know it's been a while when they mention Vinny Testaverde...
  20. Yeah he is on the fence like Judge. Big turn-around job. It's weird to see the Dolphins being competitive again. Maybe there will be meaningful games again between Buffalo and Miami
  21. Yeah, but Tom is struggling a bit without his support system
