  1. Makes me feel better about the DLine...
  2. I wanted the kid from The Cheaters Up North, but Colson was predicted to be a 2nd round pick, and that went out the window when I traded down. Almost took Ohio State's Tommy Eichenberg, but I wanted Cade Stover more and didn't want to get all OSU homer on my mock... then I realized that somehow I mocked us getting two Utah Utes. TWO UTES!
  3. If the guy catches 50+ balls at 14.5 yards a clip, I'll be fine with the guy. Adds some needed speed/quickness.
  4. As I was figuring out my mock draft, I originally had Braden Fiske, DT from Florida State on it. Just saw a video from the Combine of the 300lber running his 40 in 4.78 seconds.
  5. Alright boys... I picked up a trusty Lindy's Draft Guide this morning at the local grocery store, so let me throw out a mock draft. I channeled my inner Andrew Berry and traded down from the 2nd round pick to the 3rd round, picking up a 4th for my troubles. 3rd Round: DT Ruke Orhorhoro, Clemson. 6'4", 290lbs. Very good pass rusher from inside, needs polish vs run game. 3rd Round: Safety Cole Bishop, Utah. 6'2", 209lbs. Rangy safety better vs pass than run. 4th Round: TE Cade Stover, Ohio State. 6'4", 251lbs. Solid as a receiver and a blocker. 5th Round: OG Sataoa Laumea, Utah. 6'4", 311lbs. Experienced, 44 college starts. Speed over power. 6th Round: OT Julian Pearl, Illinois. 6'6", 315lbs. Very good athlete, but raw. 7th Round: ILB Nathaniel Watson, Mississippi State. 6'2", 247lbs. Stout vs the run, limited athlete. Sometimes a mock draft kind of falls into your lap, where need meets value, but this one took a while to flesh out. Still, I feel like I addressed needs with decent players.
  6. Coincidentally this Italian is making some Eggplant Parmigiana for his wife for her birthday later today....
  7. I'd like to see Cooper get his contract extended, giving us more years of Coop, but at a lower salary cap number.
  8. Thanks gumbs! I was just coming on here to ask what picks we had left after the trade.
  9. LB, OG/C and DT are my main focuses too, along with another Tackle. But you definitely can never count out the Browns under Berry going DBack. Fo sho.
  10. Why would the Browns be desperate to upgrade their WR room? Don't they know the genius that is Comrade Calfox has deemed it to be vastly upgraded last year? 🤣
  11. Good lord, those are some abysmal stats.
  12. I'd consider adding another mid-round RB via the draft. The last thing the Browns need is to spend FA money on a RB with a million miles on his tires, especially considering how much of the DLine are free agents now.
  13. I hope the Steelers stick with Pickett for a nice, long run.
  14. Browns restructured Jed Wills' contract, gain over $10 mill in cap space.
  15. I went to a Scottish bar in Cincinnati a few years ago and ran into Belhaven beer. Pretty damn tasty.
  16. I think I'd gladly take the 6'2" 205lb WR who ran a 4.34!
  17. Teller is not a free agent. Nick Harris is.
  18. Were you a paratrooper in the Army?
  19. It only seemed some local hacks coming up with that. No one outside of Cleveland had anything on that.
  20. ESPNs Chris Mortensen passed away today, at age 72.
  21. I have zero interest in OBJ coming back, with the exception of how mad it would make Baker Bros on here. That would be entertaining. 😁
  22. It's almost like mooching off your family your whole life and knowing you are going to die alone is making you cranky. Such a shame.
  23. Big basketball day today for the Buckeyes, as the women's #2 ranked team plays against Caitlin Clark and the #6 Iowa Hawkeyes at 1pm... then the suddenly rejuvenated men's team battles the going to be fired as soon as the season ends Juwan Howard-lead TCUN Wolverines at 4pm. But the firings at Ann Arbor won't be ending there... this year is going to be VERY interesting for the scUM athletic department, trust me on this.
