  1. Hi, I sent a note to the "contact us" link but I am not sure if anyone got it. I had enjoyed hanging out in here and am feeling uncomfortable and would like to be disassociated and not sure how to do it. I should have done more research prior to joining. A bit too much  content that feels a bit sexist, homophobic and racist. People have names like Vagitron, descriptions of homosexual acts are used as insults. Mason Rudolph is being called Maya Rudolph? Why would that be used as an insult? Are women weaker? Is it because she is mixed race? Entire groups of people are being marginalized by insulting words and people are trying to ban each orher over football views! The worst group seem to be some of the moderators. No hard feelings. It just makes me uncomfortable so please help me disconnect any association. Thanks and go Browns!

  2. You guys are way too quick to contol, modify and ban content. Very lame. Why are people so afraid of different ideas? I have heard, racist, sexist, homophobic and just hateful content that is allowed and even provided by mods. References to female body parts that make a typical dad want to throw down.

But if you disagree with the wrong person......

Who modify's content? That is not the norm.

You guys are kinda sad in here. It does not have to be like that.

Well, here we are, halfway through the season and our beloved team is on the precipice of crumbling. Nearly all the bandwagon fans have long since abandoned our cause. All that could have went wrong has found a way to manifest itself. Everything from the Refs refusing to allow the Browns to win a game to the Browns committing a record number of penalties akin to suicide by death by a thousand cuts. Our long awaited franchise QB is melting down in front of our very eyes. Our highly acclaimed and stacked defense has been riddled by injury almost from the start. Our luck if not for bad-luck has been nonexistent. The odds say it's all but over. Some have started looking toward the draft and many others are calling for another head coaching change.

The ship may be sinking, yes that may be true, but listen carefully- It's not sunken, not yet it's not. We have a window... a small and closing window but never-the-less, it's there.

To make something stronger you must melt it down and burn out the impurities. Eight game in and I believe we have done that. The time is now to solidify, to unite and to attempt to do something that has never been done. Records are made to be broken. The Browns have a unique opportunity to become legendary. Don't cry and whine about the past. It's time to see that the unpleasant past has the ability to catapult us to a height that has never been seen. It all starts right now. No more losing. From here on out, you have to win. Not only win, but dominate. Use the adversity that you've experienced and change the trajectory. Show your heart Cleveland. It's now or never.

Nice post. This team has tons of talent. Now go hit someone in thr mouth Browns!

Disgusting....but, probably Coach Toad's concept of ideal women.

All women are beautiful in their own way. How could I possibly know if they are ideal without truly knowing them? Consider it a lesson on why women should not be objectified. For those of us with daughters, it should be an easy thing to understand.

  5. The Browns should win handily but they are falling apart. The players continue to do stupid stuff in the media and the play calling is stupid.  The team is imploding and people are in denial. We are losing to teams thatcare a joke. The Broncos? Really? With a practice squad QB? A joke.

I will be 73 years old the 30th of this month. I love my Browns...Always have & always will. In good times & bad, it's much like my marriage (50 years in 2020 with my Bride, Colleen). If you truly love something or someone, that love & loyalty (AND hopes, wishes, & dreams) never die.....no matter how bad things may currently seem. I'm in this for the long haul & we'll weather this current storm.

GO BROWNS!!......There's a light at the end of this tunnel & I think it looks BRIGHT!

    Mike

ps: I enjoyed the '64 Champs & I hope (and plan) to see you younger folks enjoy the next one!

That is a cool message. You are an awesome fan. Congratulations on 50 years of marriage. I am sure she is a beautiful bride. When they turn this around lots of folks will jump on the bandwagon but for you it will be a much sweeter experience.

It turns to gay talk because people have sussed you out.   They believe that you are in fact gay.  They may be wrong, but that is their perception of you due to a lot of the vibe you give off.

Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Well I certainly would not be ashamed. That mentality reflects a very ignorant view of homosexuslity and is a profilers mentality. Is that what this group stands for? A peek at my profile and it is obvious I am an open book. I am a very easy person to research. An easy internet search. You are childlike, you use "we" a lot. Your thinking is not very refined. It is getting a little boring in here. I noticed the "mods" protect and hide themselves. Kinda sad. Very busy so not much time to post.

  8. Hi, I want the Browns to win. I hope they never lose again. But really?

    1) You guys think the refs and the rest of the NFL has a conspiracy in work against us.

    2) People think the Browns are loaded with talent but just have bad luck.

    3) Baker is amazing but Kitchens is holding him back.

    4) Mayfield's behaviour is a result of his will to win and is good for the team.

    5) The Brown's are going to win out.

    C'mon man. Really????

It's too easy. Even at 2-6 there's a straight line.

First, win out. We only play crap from here on out, so that's no problem. We finish at 10-6, 6-0 in the division.

That puts us ahead of the Bungholes, they've already lost more games.

Beating the Squeenutz twice puts them at 10-6 at best and we have the tiebreaker. Done.

Our only problem is the Cravens. But we already beat them in their dump-ass stadium. Really thumped them too. We'll beat them again in Cleveland, so that gives them 3 losses. They need 3 more for us to take the division. Luckily, I found those losses: vs Texans, at Rams, vs 49ers. Maybe at Bills too.

    Final divison table:

    1. Browns 10-6, 6-0 division

    2. Cravens 9-7, 4-2 division

    3. Squeenutz 6-10, 2-4 division

    4. Bungholes 0-16, 0-6 division, Paul Brown rises from dead to retract the team, NFL is better for it.

So that's how we win the division, make the playoffs, host a playoff game, and save Christmas. Pretty damn easy.

    Wow. You cray cray bro.

I don't believe that anyone is saying that. The refs have obviously not given the Browns

fair officiating. No calls - benefit the team they play against. Calls that are strange and controversial go

    against the Browns.

Like - Garrett got two bad penalties for landing on the qb. So, the next time Baker got landed on , full weight? NO CALL.

Patriots wr shoves Browns defender in the facemask, spins, and catches the ball on a very important down. NO CALL.

Blatant facemask the last game - no call. The last game - Baker clearly had forward progress, got shoved back, and the ref ran over and marked it short of forward progress. Was it last year? or this year-  Garrett clearly was tackled from behind by the LT... NO CALL.

It keeps happening. And yes, it has happened to other teams. But nearly NEVER to the Patriots. Not very often to the ratbuzzards. or squealers. Generally, if the Patriots or squealers desperately need a first down, they simply throw the ball, and somehow, usually, they get a strange "pass interference". It's bad, they raise hell if they DON"T get the PI, even when it's so obvious there was none even a crooked ref couldn't call it.

I've never seen it worse than this year, and it was really bad last year. It seems that the recurrent super bowl teams get the benefit of non-calls and calls, because they make the big money for the NFL. and, maybe a group of refs would love to have some of that big money? It's bs to say that all the crazy bad refereeing is just because of angles etc. That Patriot wr shove to the facemask was one of the most blatant screwups possible. The ball was going right there.

Yes, the oline is failing - but the refereeing is affected the players. They are getting pizzed.

Which, their fault - leads to them making more mistakes than otherwise, I think.

Do you think this is intentional? The commisioners office? Really curious. Not trying to argue.

Well here we are again and a dismal season underway.  Don't get me wrong, I am a true Browns fan from the git go and always will be.  I just dont understand what is wrong with them yet again this year. My Dad passed 3 months ago and now I have nobody to hash things over post game.  I have lost the enthusiasm to even watch the games anymore.  I do look up the scores and no surprises there, another loss.  All of this after technically leading the division early on this season.  We have all been here before so nothing new to us diehard fans.  We just keep hearing the same things from Coach week after week.  When are things going to jell?  I just hope .500 or a bit better so nobody will get fired again.

I am very sorry about your dad. I lost my mom recently. God bless.

I was not talking about those...certainly those could be offensive.

I am just talking about the "cracker" comment.    I mean, I would laugh heartily if someone called me that, intending to be offensive.

You are correct about the origins of the term cracker. To be called a cracker is to be called a racist who is willing to hurt african americans. Even black people used as "trustees" were called that. I do not want to hurt people who are of a diffetent race. I do not want to be called a racist. I dont mind if you call me a name for being white. But the thought of being called a racist is horrible.
