With all the conflicting guidelines it's not difficult to see where things could go off the rails, and yes, there are always a few bad Apples in any organization. For the most part, I have no complaints in regards to our "Servants in Blue". Yea, I may have some minor complaints on some issues (trivial/bogus Laws), but for the most part they do a good job. As an indication of what type of evidence this is, look at the new evidence coming in on the Flynn Case that is a couple weeks old.
