THE BROWNS BOARD

Just who do you think the Browns can beat in the payoffs?

They've beat a total of one team with a winning record. And they barely squeaked by a Lions team with their back up QB (and he was as bad as any QB I've seen play in the NFL, perhaps ever).

KC - lost

Texans - losing team, horrid.

Bears - losing

MIN - losing

LAC - loss

AZ - loss, blow out

Denver - losing

Pitt - LOSS

Cinci - only win vs. a winning team, and they have folded since, losing almost every game

Pats - ass whooping

Lions - winless with back up QB

Just who, on earth, do you expect them to beat if they make the playoffs? And right now, their last 6 games are vs. teams with winning records, by the way.

Yep, Browns are in control of what lies ahead.

@Rats....Browns finally figure out a way to beat Lamar 21-17

Rats...holy crap, a season sweep 20-14

Raiders...they're reeling yet the Browns struggle but edge 'em 19-17

@Pack...I don't have a good feeling about it. One of Goodell's darlings

@Pitt...shades of 1986 & 1993 with The Cube & Metcalf...Felton punt return in 4th Q wins it 27-23

Cincy...Browns sack Burrow a bunch 24-16

Yeah, I'm felling good after I sweated out the IPAs from Sunday's big W.

Go Browns

I definitely expect them to beat the Ratbirds the next 2 games. They are by far, the most overrated, luckiest team to ever play a game.

The good news is that the Browns should have pretty much their entire defense available.

And Conklin and Hunt are back practicing.

The Browns need to win both.

They can beat anyone. No dominant team this year, perfect year to make a run.

I never saw this coming at the beginning of the season, but the Patriots are starting to look pretty damn tough.

Kansas City is on a winning streak, but not exactly dominant. If anything, they've been efficient lately.

The rest of the AFC contenders have been a rollercoaster.

Yep, a lot of jockeying ... Champships are won in December and January.

A win over the Rats and 7-5 then we've got enough horses as anybody,  especially with Conklin and Hunt back.

Z

I think the Browns need to win both to win the division.

Going to be an interesting three weeks. While the Browns have the Ravens back-to-back with a bye in-between, the Ravens play the Steelers between their two Browns games.

As I've said around 100 times or so, I'd rather be lucky than good... Like winning a Super Bowl catching the ball on your helmet.

The Browns best (possibly only) path to the playoffs is sweeping the Division.  When it comes to tiebreakers, the Patriots, Chiefs, and Chargers all have head to head tiebreakers on us. NOT GOOD.

I like cheese.  And optimism!

At least our CB's are balling out this year.. each of Greedy, Greg, and Denzel are performing better than any of the rest of the DB group.  Of course, this means our assumed-to-be-sound FA's have been.. not great.  AJ Green is actually outperforming Troy Hill to date, so the priority UDFA investment was a good bet.

I'll stick with my 6th reply to this payoffs topic...

13 of 16 AFC teams don't care what you nor me think..Most the division can still make a run including us...

Agree. Let's see if they can win Sunday. If they do then maybe we can discuss. Otherwise we are in for a losing season and no playoffs.

LOl YOU QUITTER!...
