DE Khalil Mack to Chargers -- for a 2nd and a 6th.  Khalil Mack contract -- his cap hit is 30.1 this year.  Mack and Bosa will not be boring.

The Chargers are mirroring the other LA team which brought a championship last year. Land another great pressure player to go with a great DL pressure player. Adding Miller to the D team did wonders for them, so why not copy the concept. Changes the whole D locker room attitude. Multiplication by addition.

EDIT: Yeah I know Bosa is listed as a LB, but he really is a pressure/edge DE to me.

Well they have more flexibility…their QB is on a rookie deal.

they gotta be close to the max…they gave one of their WR a huge deal and they just signed CJ Jackson and Khalil Mack.

You have a strong core 4 with this defense now with Jackson, Mack, James and Bosa…these are unquestioned Top 5 guys at their position.  But if you remember their Achilles heel last year- they are charmin soft in the defensive interior.

I know Seattle loves Dissly when he's actually healthy.

And as much as I advocated for Jobi at one point, no way is his level of play worth that much money.

Glad to see he got his...

good work by his agent too

a) refusing verbal franchise tag label

b.) kept working it, to get a nice deal done elsewhere

that division title will be earned

edit---The full blockbuster trade:

#Packers get 2022 first-round pick

2022 second-round pick

#Raiders get WR Davante Adams

Salary dump -- Robinson replaces him and those Woods dollars will be used to resign Donald

And that loss of Miller to the Bills is a significant amount off their books too.

But the already good Buffalo D just got Superbowl serious and Miller got super-rich with $110mil over 6 years with almost half guaranteed. $45 fully guaranteed when he signed it.

Von Miller -- Scroll down for annual cap charges.  Rams paid under 1M salary for that rental last season -- 722k to be exact.  Since Von was going to leave for nothing at end of season, being able to trade him away was great for Denver back in November.  This trade cost LAR a second and a third round pick in the upcoming draft.. which seems quite a lot even though Von had the best passrush winrate in the postseason of anyone since they started tracking the statistic.

Yes.

They still don’t have a QB…but if you have a QB that can’t complete a pass over 15 yards…what better target to have than Tyreke Hill?  And they brought back Gesicki and gave Tua or Teddy an extra second with a guy like Armstead.

Hill to MIA... Thats freakin insane!... Whose Mahomo gonna throw to besides Kelce...

Can’t pay them all.  Actually a Good move for them.

You sell very high.  That compensation for a WR is insane.  And you do so before a draft that is rich with WR talent.
