Beating a team desperate for a win in a season meant to show they are turning thing around could be a good early test for Cleveland's consistency of gameplay. There tends to be an overreaction to Week 1 and even the best football minds try to establish general rules. For instance, maybe the Panthers have a good defense - they missed 18 tackles last week but they had a matchup with Chubb and Hunt. I love the Panthers this week by the way. The Jets tried to deploy the very specific shut down Lamar game plan….attack the mesh point take your chances with Lamar lobbing some errant throws. As long as Joe and the defense pressures Flacco I got the Browns covering.
