Fair enough. I guess I’m not a conspiracy theory kinda guy.  Too often we let opinion become fact or speculation drive narratives.  We had built a society that required standards of proof to be examined by the informed before they were accepted as fact.  Now a simple email chain will convince people Batak Obama took his Presidential Oath on the Koran.  

Not sure Haskins made a case for private school students being harmed.  EOP, Pell grants and other forms of government aid have existed for decades and no one has been harmed.  If you want to make the point those who have a family income are receiving a benefit that they shouldn’t, ok, that can probably be reasoned out since the current income standards are lower.

I thought he might try to discuss middle class Americans bearing a larger tax burden to pay for these programs but he may not have evidence that this is the case.  Hasn’t stopped him before but 🤷‍♂️

I don’t think a government agency reviewing a government document is invading privacy.  I do have an issue with a government agency tapping my phone without getting a warrant but that is appropriate these days.
