Hard to prove without a control group. Any opinion otherwise is purely subjective.

I would hope any reasonable person, when dealing with an entirely new virus, would continue to reevaluate their opinion based on more information. The world would be a better place if more people followed the scientific method.

Your mistake is believing that the Browns are THAT good.
If Baker had only been out but we kept our Oline and Receivers? Yeah, probably.
The losses can't be understated enough. It's an impossibly tall order to lose half your offense and expect success.
I think we agree on that. The Browns are average at best. This is an improvement over previous years but this year has been helped greatly by a very easy schedule.
-
Considering previous browns rosters were mostly backups or those who didn't last long in the NFL - this isn't saying much.
Kinda my point, good teams with backup players beat bad teams all the time.
-
Actually that doesn't address my point really. Is it or should it be illegal to expose wrongdoing on the part of one's opponent, yes or no? I would smell a rat if it were alleged that the Trump Administration made up the information about Hillary's camp. But nobody makes that claim. As a matter of fact the only faked evidence was from Hillary's people. The documents that sparked the investigation in the first place. To an impartial Observer that should seem a lot worse.
And by the way Michael Moore is a member in good standing of the NRA.
😁😁

Expose, no it’s not illegal. Obtaining information from a foreign power and believing it to be true, using as a political tool, still not illegal. Employing a foreign power to “dig up” or provide information in a political opponent is illegal.
As I’ve said in the past, labels are meaningless. I look at each decision and try to make the most informed decision possible. My registered party does not require me to believe in everything the party supports. To blindly follow party politics is a dangerous path.
-
Missing the entirety of the receiving corps and 40% of your Oline might have something to do with that.
We’ve seen the Steelers beat the Browns with backups on several occasions
-
But you understand there won't be an investigation because you guys kept the House of Representatives. It's as simple as that. You're a smart guy I think you would have to admit the Russian collusion thing was a farce yet will the Democrats controlled house it lasted for years.
Regardless I'm not sure that it is or should be illegal to expose the wrongdoings or the dirt of your opponent no matter where the information came from. On the other hand bribery and influence peddling by a public official is probably illegal.
WSS
I don’t think the Russian collusion was a farce. I think it occurred but most politicians are smart enough to insulate themselves and the degree wasn’t what it was made out to be. The attempted prosecution was a farce as those charges are rarely proven without audio/video evidence of the candidate participating.
For the record I’m a Republican

We didn't really try to run.
My terribly made point was you need to have balance. Baker needed to move the ball throwing it to open up the run game. The Jets were daring him to do it and he didn’t. Tack on a bad penalty, fumbles and missed targets and you have a game your franchise QB can’t have when you are down WRs. I see a lot of excuses for Baker but that isn’t what you do when you’ve got “the guy” behind center, oh excuse me, the guy in the shotgun 😁
-
53-18. Not exactly "leaning" on your strengths. And it isn't so much about the volume of running calls at it would be their design.
Again, our unwillingness to run our outside zone (which appeared to actually gain net yards) is confusing to me.
My point and probably poorly made is you have to be balanced. There are times when the scoreboard dictates action but a good football team isn’t one dimensional. The Jets had zero fear of Baker beating them as the Steelers won’t next week.
-
Just admit it... You hate the man...
Lol. Don’t hate anybody. Baker is a fantastic cheerleader and at times a very good QB. He isn’t consistent and is prone to making poor decisions. I saw this at OU. When the team is firing on all cylinders he is very good. When they aren’t he is terrible.
-
If Baker is the answer we are in trouble
-
Still waiting for the fans who want us to run the ball 70 times a game to chime in. If you can’t pass, even a shit team can stop the run.
-
Still believe Baker isn’t the answer. Haven’t had a QB since Kosar
-
Or we could have a full-scale investigation for the next four years and see where that goes.
PS just for the record you don't think he's lying now? Please.

Investigate away, Trump is just laying the foundation for “Pardon Politics”. Just make sure you are only violating federal law

He probably should just lie, it worked for the last guy.

The entire stimulus idea is crap. Shoveling money onto a bonfire is going to come back and bite us all in the ass. Who the hell wants to go back to work if they can stay on unemployment for yet another 6 months and get an extra three hundred bucks a week? And how hard is it going to be to get up off the couch and go back do a job? I would wager that most people go to work because they have to not because they love their jobs.
But regardless of any of that this bill his horseshit. The fact that any bill contains so much useless pork should piss everybody off.
Human nature being what it is it looks like the great unwashed attitude is, hey I'll be pissed off after I get the two thousand bucks hahaha
(not me BTW I won't get it even though I'm one of the few people on this board that actually got fucked out of making a living this summer.)

Agreed on all fronts but what I love is how it highlights why America is failing. The ruling class can give you a $2000 check and $8000 in extra unemployment and that is viewed as a huge win for the working class. Americans are so easily placated while tangible wealth is less and less attainable.

Would it surprise you if any president fired the cabinet member for that reason? And may I assume that disagreeing is a euphemism for undermining?
Still the point is, I think, that some people believe that the Lincoln project is Rock ribbed conservative Republicans that just don't like Trump. And not merely liberals, because if they were not just liberals they would be rallying around the next leader of the Republican Party whoever that may be. So it sounds like bullshit to me.

My wish for 2021 is Americans to stop painting with the broad brush of labels and judge people by their actions and words. To be a Democrat doesn’t mean you can’t support conservative ideas. I know that may blow some minds in here. Putting people into neat little labeled boxes is divisive and only serves to impede the progress of our county.
-
Again where is the surprise? Did you think they were going Republican.
if I saw “Trump Fires Cabinet Member For Disagreeing With Him”, I would not be surprised

Well you could be actually trying to screw veterans

Too bad the Republicans don't have the house. Should be pretty easy to mount an impeachment case against Biden. At least a lot better than the bullshit Russian collusion gag.
And how sweet would that be?
But like the girl that broke your heart I think four years this will all be a distant memory. Sooner than that you guys will be starting to realize that Joe Biden didn't make you happier richer or better looking.

Pathetically laughable. At least McConnell gets it. End of stupid trumpy game to con people out of more $$ for his very deep & needy family pockets.🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑
I’m afraid he doesn’t get it but he hedged his bets. If Trump runs in 2024 Mitch will be right next to him again.

Can we please get the same amount of outrage for the employers, small business or otherwise, who utilize said labor, knowing full well what they are doing. If no one hired illegal immigrants, they would be forced to apply for Social Services and you’d have the means to identify. It would be an easier argument to sell deporting those on assistance than productive workers.
Just be careful what you wish for as a large segment of our agricultural and construction economy are migrant workers.

What were his promises? An honest question. I believe is was dismantling the Affordable Care Act but I’ll give you replace it. There was also the border wall which Mexico would pay for. To be honest I don’t remember his other campaign issues. Maybe less regulation which concerning the environment and commerce he has done but he wants to add FCC regulations on social media platforms.
BTW during Obama’s presidency the DOW Jones went up approximately 10,000
