THat's what I've been saying. This guy went through his entire football life and never kicked a ball off a tee before? Now I understand why Bill Belichick likes players that are versatile.

If I told you before the season started that the Browns, at Christmas time, would have a better record than two AFC division leaders, and one of those would be the Chiefs. That they have beat all their division rivals once, beat the best team in the AFC (record wise) the Ravens, beat the best team in the NFC (the 49ers), and are second in the AFC North all the while most of the star players are on IR, and the starting quarterback is Joe Flacco? No matter how this season ends, it sure has been one hell of a ride!

The Jets game has trap written all over it. Short week, #7 ranked defense, and they know we will be missing one of our biggest weapons in Hopkins. Better hope it's not a game of field goals.

Was referring to when he was kicking off that he was squibbing the kicks. I mean, for real, this guy never kicked off a tee in his life? I'm just thinking back when Doug Flutie converted a drop kick for the Pats years ago and we don't have anyone who can do kickoffs besides Hopkins.

The Browns have had the magic this year but they still do stuff that drives you mad. Why is Dustin Hopkins chasing someone down on a kickoff? Why are they calling pass plays that almost gets DTR put on IR with a sizable lead late in the game? Why is ZaDarius Smith look like he is IR bound in garbage time? Why is there nobody else on the roster that can kick a ball off a tee? You would think that even a punter has kicked a ball off a tee at some point in his life.

These games are getting expensive for our roster. Hard to feel good about a win when you lose Bitonio, ZaDarius Smith and god knows who else.

Some crazy things to think of. 1. The Browns have the same record as Kansas City who won the Super Bowl last season. 2. The team with the best record in the AFC is the Ravens who Cleveland already beat once and in their own stadium. 3. The Browns have beat all of their division rivals once. 4. There is a three-way tie for first place in the NFC with teams that have a 10-3 record and one team the Browns have already beat this year. And all of this without a franchise QB and most of the key players out on IR. I'm starting to remember back to 2016 when the Cavs were playing the Warriors like every year in the finals and did that thing by beating the Warriors in such a memorable fashion. Maybe the Browns can do this thing this year. Anything's possible.

Is a crock because there are guys that deserve the award or go to the Pro Bowl but don't get votes. Other guys I missed Corey Bojorquez and Ethan Pocic that probably won't make it either. If all the guys I listed don't make it then it's a damn shame. Not saying Hopkins doesn't deserve it, I'm saying the other guys deserve it too.

These awards are a crock anyhow. JOK, Delpit, Ward, Emerson, Myles, Bitonio, Cooper, Walker, Tomlinson, should also be pro bowlers along with Hopkins. And there may be more that you could argue a pro bowl spot for.

Watching the Stooler Pats game. TJ Watt took a knee to the chin from Ezekiel Elliott on the first play of the game. When Watt started the game, he wasn't wearing a visor. He went into the blue tent and came out and was wearing a dark tinted visor. Could he be playing with a concussion? Would he be wearing the visor because the lights are bothering him? Also, I heard somewhere that you need a prescription to wear those visors, do anyone know if that's true?

I know., I just wish he would get his due credit. He beat two of our most hated rivals. Both of them have had our number for the past 20 years. I know the Steelers aren't quite the same but they do have a winning record. And he beat the Ravens in Baltimore which is a tough place to win. I'm not saying this kid is going to go on to have a hall of fame career or anything, but he's tough. He took it on the chin in that first Ravens game and went and beat them in their house. That has to stand for something.

DTR is a rookie with a 2-1 record on a team where almost all of the premier players are on IR or banged up in some form. I don't even get where this asinine shit that DTR isn't even a servicable QB comes from. He's already doing better than any Cleveland rookie QB that has strolled through here in the past. Imagine the pressure of taking over a team that has a winning record and the disasterous outing he had in his first start. I think he handles the pressure well and actually wants to improve and do good. Flacco is a wiley old veteran with a Super Bowl ring and invaluable experience at the twilight of his career. I just want them to put whatever guy who gives us the best chance on the field. Seriously, the thought that DTR couldn't win us a couple of more games is just utterly ridiculous.

Yeah, a back breaking interception. Which DTR didn't have in the Broncos game. Please tell me YOU'RE not serious. DTR threw one pass in the endzone to Cooper which I think was a little off target. One is a 5th round pick, the other is a Super Bowl MVP. Not sure what Browns games you're watching....... EDIT DTR is raw but he is talented. If you think DTR is not a servicable QB then I don't know what to tell you guy🤷‍♂️

Adding more Super Bowl experience and a security blanket for Flacco at the same time. But I know shit about salary caps and what not. He also said he wants to go to a contender, not sure our franchise looks like a contender with all the injuries.

Not sure I trust Njoku's ability to catch. It would give Flacco another target because it looks like he will be starting at the Rams.
