  1. It will nice to get Greedy and Mack back... Goodson can tackle but looked kinda slow
  2. Yea getting smacked by the Ratbirds sucks. Remember how we actually smacked them in Baltimore early last year? And still finished the with a losing record. It’s 1 game. With that being said, please beat Cinci.
  3. Out of rhythm. I think he was scared to pile on picks so he didn’t even give OBJ a chance on 2 of those bombs. Maybe it was deliberate. Maybe he’s telling OBJ “you dropped a 3rd and 2 and it f%#*ed us, go catch these”
  4. Baker will be fine. A bad start yesterday had a compounding effect. He should find a way to get OBJ involved early on, and we’ll see a different OBJ. Vernon had a terrible play early where he gave up weak side contain in the laziest manner. Shouldn’t happen to a veteran. Larry O was impressive as hell. We need him to be that guy for us in the middle. Explosive.
  5. I didn’t realize they were playing Baltimore as well edit: how about their Ohio state players, Haskins and Chase Young. They may win some games this year.
  6. No preseason, new offense, against a top defense. The article doesn’t bother me
  7. I was foolishly hoping this offense would be at 75%. It looked like 50%. The fact that we couldn’t really stop them and we’re playing from behind made it that much worse.
  8. Lamar in his 3rd year of regular season dominations with a stacked defense vs the new coach/new O-Line Browns with a depleted secondary. Baker also lead the league in “air yard” percentage at 85.7% which could predict success in the future games. Even Chad Ochocinco had some logic for some of you: “As a former player i needed the preseason badly, you can’t replicate or emulate the speed & timing of game speed no matter how much you practice so some offenses will struggle out the gate” Like I said before, I won’t overreact.
  9. The week 1 in a new system eye test? Against Baltimore? I won’t overreact.
  10. None of those players were drafted by the Cleveland Browns... please don’t forget the situation Baker was drafted into. This game was not on Baker. Baltimore is better and has more continuity. Fake punt down 7-0? 3rd and 2 drop? Can’t blame the QB for stuff that. Yea the INT sucked but our defense couldn’t stop Baltimore anyways.
  11. On the bright side we play on Thursday and have a chance to get to 1-1. I expect the defense to be much better after watching some film and as the season goes on. Same thing with the new offense.
  12. Defense got a nice stop. OBJ is hydrated, let’s see what happens.
  13. We got dealt the shitty hand of having the overpowered Ravens week 1. Let’s face it. The Browns are not on their level yet. Our offense clearly hasn’t found its identity and the defense has some injuries and a ways to go under 1st year DC Joe Woods.
  14. It was zone coverage, and a big hole in it. Easy throw for an above average QB
  15. 2 big plays Already from Larry Ogunjobi. The forced fumble was a game altering play or “gap” play. Great punt from the Scottish hammer.
  16. C’mon man!! The gameday thread is all yours and you put “No” in front of it and a question mark 😂 Last time Browns won a season opener? 2004. Who was it against? Ravens. Time to end the drought. 27-24 Browns.
  17. Keep them off the field. Feed the Chubb. Control the clock.
  18. I don’t know much about JoJo Natson but apparently he is a burner and also has been receiving 1st team reps on offense👀
  19. It’s looking like Joseph at SS and Sendejo at FS, according to the depth chart. Good read about Joseph.
  20. Njoku hasn’t had any competition like this in camp before. This TE room has so much potential
  21. Ryan would be a solid pickup at the right price. A versatile DB.
  22. The man is getting paid! If true, Myles will pass Khalil Mack’s 23.5 million a year. edit: 7 year, 147 million. Highest non paid QB in the league.
