Disgusted? Yes I am. I never coached FB, so here is my ignorant POV (and I won't even mention officiating as the entire league has to tolerate & overcome that) 1- Seems like we read our press clippings rather than taking this game seriously. 2- 18 penalties? ATROCIOUS, & it wasn't all the refs. 3- Damn near 70% of our plays were pass plays. We won't win in this league with that kind of imbalance. 4- From Freddie on down, they should ALL bend over, take a good swift kick in the ass, LEARN from this fiasco, blame ONLY themselves & come back with renewed focus, discipline, & determination. I share the thoughts as stated above. I was surprised when Mayock took the position as Raider's GM. I have always liked Mayock, but he may take the biggest & hardest fall in this fiasco. Time will tell. Mike

To me, starters playing 18 games means (obviously) more REAL contact time which would increase risk of injury, further enhanced by players being fatigued. If done, we may be looking at a hell of a lot of 2nd stringers starting in the playoffs. More QUANTITY seldom results in better QUALITY. I do not like the idea of an 18 game regular season. Just one old man's opinion. Mike

It's a GOD thing! I walked into Dick's this afternoon & they had ONE Baker Color Rush Jersey left & it was in MY size. Not only did I buy it, but I showed them it had a couple white threads showing (very minor) & got 10% off. These are good signs....VERY good signs!!! 👍 Mike

We LOVE the one in Alliance, not impressed with the one in North Canton. In fact, we have been to many in & out of Ohio. I made the statement once that Alliance may be best in Chain & was told it actually IS! Try it next time Gip...You'll not be sorry. Mike
