You will see more of this because weird pervs can claim they identify as women. Before this trend, the cops would have been hauling him out and likely putting him on a sex offender registry.

Exactly. That's an argument several of us have made time and time again with regards to the absurdity of gun control laws.

 

However, the point here isn't rapey intentions. I'm not sure how it works in England, but sexual harassment and assault law is governed by the victim's perception of the act, *not* the perpetrator's intent. Meaning a "good game" ass-tap is not just that if the victim doesn't want it to be.

 

And if you read the whole article, each woman interviewed reported being uncomfortable and uneasy.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but what this guy did isn't legal either under the new or old laws, so how the women felt is not relevant.

 

I can see maybe making a case to have a legal gender, and you must use the appropriate bathroom for that gender, but given the prevailing attitudes over there I can see that being even harder to get than an abortion.

That's quite funny. IIRC there are state by state maps showing the most searched for things and how much people search for things, and gay stuff features quite predominantly in states that profess the hardest to be super religious.

Lee was even though he was a loser and wasted countless lives at Gettysburg. Southerners seem to hate that line that proclaims all men to be created equal. The misinformation is what I call a smoke screen. It creates a phony problem in order to not focus on real problems. Health care, education, economics and infant mortality rates are all non issues when you inflict fear 0f something that doesn't exist.

The world doesn't live in hypothetical-I suppose this is something you could fight but you've noted you wouldn't do it just like 99.5% of the population. The only people who do are legitimate transgender folks, assholes trying to prove a stupid point, and legit sex offenders who as we've clearly outlined can do this with or without the law.
