  1. Guess what all the sports shows are covering today? Plenty analysts are saying the LOSS of OBJ makes the Browns (and Baker) better. Both Colin Cowherd and Doug Gottlieb said with OBJ on the field, Baker is always looking for him, and it hurts continuity. But without OBJ, there is a much more natural flow in the offense and passing game. Colin warns that is was vs. Cinci, so you have to keep that in mind. But I believe the absence of OBJ will make this team what many envisioned before the season started. Now I can see the playoffs as very realistic.
  2. Hmmm, so you've been obtuse your whole life? I am sorry.
  3. But what happened after OBJ was out? 5 TDs. They were a different team, Baker was a different QB. A MUCH better QB. In the 1st half, many were saying that Baker was simply terrible. Then, like magic, he went on a tear. I believe now this team can beat even good teams, not just the low level ones.
  4. I don't think so. Without OBJ always nearly freaking out, Baker found his groove and just threw the ball to the open man. I believe the Browns will now become the sum of their parts, instead of being lesser than the sum of their parts. This very well could be a season-changing moment.
  5. I never wish injury on any player, especially a severe one. So, I hope OBJ has a full recovery. That being said, I think this is at the point where the Browns become much more legit, as their chemistry will improve drastically, as we all saw yesterday. I believe this is a turning point.
  6. Somewhat, and this game proved they are barely better than Cinci. Proof is in the pudding.
  7. The reality is, they aren't much better than Cinci, if we face the truth. But at 5-2, it's sure better than Hue Dickhole's 0-7 (leading to 0-16 or 1-15).
  8. Burrow is 20-25? Dear God, how is the Browns' D this horrible?
  9. Being clearly outplayed by a rookie, while Baker is in his 3rd year.....something stinks in Denmark. We complained about this team not being up to being able to beat the big boys....now it's starting to look like last place teams are no gimmies either. And what's wrong with Shoeless Joe Beckem? By the way, the Steelers are destroying TN in about every way possible.
  10. It's time to stop defending Baker. He either just stinks or something is wrong.
  11. Browns are more talented at almost every position, and they have a rookie QB. Browns better OL, WRs close, RBs Clev, TEs Cle, DL Cle, LBs Cinci, DBs not sure. QB?
  12. It was I who mentioned Plunket. He had 7 nothing years with NE and SF, then went to the Raiders and had 4 playoff years and won rings. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/P/PlunJi00.htm
  13. Looking at both teams' roster, Browns should win this in a blow out. By 20 or more. I'm thinking 34-10 or so. I know, any given Sunday and all that, but this team handled a decent Colts team with relative ease. Then they ran into a buzzsaw in Pitt, but Cinci ain't no Pitt.
  14. You have a weak character: You claim you don't want to respond to anything I post and yet you keep responding. I think your best bet is to put me on ignore since you lack the discipline to do what you claim you are going to do. You are the Sendejo of TBB: slow, ineffective but unintentionally funny sometimes. Nickers has it right on the money. I think your time would be better spent playing in that stinky, muddy canal.
  15. Neb already scored a TD, so if you took Neb., you're up 33.5 right now. OSU overrated once again?
  16. Burrow is still a rookie, regardless of his future potential. Browns should win with ease, by 20 or more.
  17. DeCastro is in the probowl every year.
  18. Yes, we established you're only tough on your computer in mom's basement. It's embarrassing for you, but still entertaining. No one thinks your tough. You fool no one. You're just a hillbilly from Fulton.
