Look at good drafting teams it doesn't matter where we pick. Good Drafting Teams already have stars and only need to add solid players and their coaching is well established that they can turn average players into better. We are basically starting from a disadvantage. We need top picks or atleast good players to join us through free agency. I hope we get some major offensive weapons via the free agency atleast. Yet they started bad or mediocre. Then built through draft + signings which is what we need to do. Then they continue that success because they keep drafting good players to replace what they lost.
