Tim Couch Pulls Out
there isn't a super QB in this draft or in FA. so will the new coach get canned after going 6-12? No, because 6-12 would require us playing two postseason games.
stillmotion
We need to keep Chud..... he's a Toledo native, and i loved a lot of the things I saw in our players this year. Gordon lit it up, Hoyer looked solid, and for the first half of the season, our defense was amazing.Replacing him with Mcdaniels won't solve anything, i actually think it'll set us back. The bengals coach started out 4-12, and look at them now.....

I went to college there before I moved to Florida, but I like the fact that he's from OH and a browns fan. And yes, Toledo is meh, I was jumped there 3 times during college by gangstas. BrownB499
fuck 'em. haslam should physically kick them in their anus on the way out the door with steel toed cowboy boots. Kick Banner and Lombardi out the door while he's at it...They chose the guy...or got stuck with the guy after everybody else thumbed their noses at this joke of an organization

Erie Dawg
I don't remember Chud being the 5th pick. I remember Kelly and doug morrone. Banner and jimmy told us "he was our guy." "We are going to be patient and build for the long haul." One year? They know better than release Lombardi to the Cleveland media. Whether Chud is fired or not they owe us a fucking explanation on what they saw in chud and why they hired him in the first place. We were told it was a collective decision. Well collectively they were apparently all friggin wrong.
JAFBF
More bits from the Twitterverse : AJ Ross @ajross_WKYC 34m Everyone is peeling out of this parking lot...players...coaches...burning rubber. No signs of Chud though #Browns AJ Ross @ajross_WKYC 31m “@kappi27: @ajross_WKYC Did they leave Chud in Pittsburgh?” Good question... We can see Coach Chud's car still parked in the front parking lot here in Berea. Most of the #Browns players have already left the facility. Makes me wonder if Chud is being escorted by Haslem/Banner/Lombardi ?

MLD Woody
I never heard good things about Toledo. I know some people that transferred from the university after only a year too. D Bone
All joking aside, I don't think there is a single Browns fan that can honestly say that they went to bed last night remotely thinking this could happen. While I think Chud needs a lot of work on his game day decisions, I like the man. He is a life long Browns fan and did the best he could with the roster he was given. I hope he lands on his feet, and have nothing but well wishes for him.
Kingbman89
It's really hard to swallow that the browns don't have a good organization and it's well past coaches and front office. It did not and now they will fix that.
4Browns
We would look like fools firing our coach after a year. Already Lombardi or someone, has put the word out that if chud is fired, its a Haslam decision, and not the management team. That's not a good message. Crud deserves a second year. It's kind of ridiculous that this coach is getting fired circus has already been put out there, and can't be taken back now by not firing him tonight or tomorrow. Kingbman89
Chud was a good hire in my eyes. No bs guy, has been in cle before (the only time we were "good") Sucks he had Weedon and Campbell It's quite obvious there is more to the story about what happened between him and the office and with his players.
