THE BROWNS BOARD

Kiser not the reason folks.

How do you sum the game up today??

Me. I say Kiser played great. He made the perfect pass to win the game and his TE Njoku dropped the ball to lose the game. And Hundley made a mistake (dangerous) or bad pass that his guy made a play on the ball and walked into the end zone to end the game.

If your answer is Brown's lost because of Kiser today then you absolutely will never deserve a winning team in Cleveland.

I am not defending the bad INT but it is the very last reason and honestly the smallest reason the browns lost today.  If Kiser plays like he did today then the browns will have a chance to win every game the rest of the year. But we all know they will be drafting another qb next year and he absolutely deserves no time to progress. I absolutely expect a guy to come out game one and absolutely dominant games. I'm talking probowl or bust. That is the browns MO.

He played his best game by far....and still made a bonehead mistake but honestly...other than the "our defense is elite people" does anyone really think if Kizer just throws an incomplete pass and we punt that the game ends differently?  The defense hadn't made a stop in about an hour...14 unanswered had been given up, there was no way they were making a stop in OT.

kizer Sheet his pants on the last throw of the first half and the last pass he threw , he just doesn't get it!

Disagree with the int before half. 3rd and a mile because of Sheet playcall. What play do you do there?? A 50/50 ball that is the equivalent of a punt is totally acceptable there.  The pass he needes to win the game he threw perfect. Njoku dropped it period. Everything after that is pretty irrelevant IMO. And no he throws that ball away and a

GB walks down field anyways for at least a field goal. That game was over after the dropped dime. Everything after is extra plays

I agree the Njoku drop was a big one.  Good NFL QBs shake off bad plays and execute and he didn't do it.

Kizer will be an adequate backup next year.

Hope the browns get rid of him. A good team will pick him up instantly. Pittsburgh, New England, or Minnesota would love this kid. Browns expect lightning in a bottle and don't want to earn Sheet

You don't know shit about football...it was 3rd and more than 10..with less than 20 seconds left in the half.   Your opinion can't be taken seriously since you alread admitted you didn't watch the first half of the game.    Go blow your greg williams doll and talk about how great the defense played despite giving up a 14 point lead in the 4th quarter.

kizer did well enough to win the game today, too bad the special teams had a meltdown at the end of the 4th quarter.  kizer made an incredibly stupid mistake in OT.  as horrible as kizer gets under pressure, he's still better than kessler who falls down when a defender breathes on him and hogan who also turns into an interception machine under pressure but without the ability to throw a deep ball.

Yea he lost all credibility when he said he'd cut Kiser and play Hogan or Kessler. One of them fans that sees Crowell run for 40 yards and thinks he's awesome but doesn't notice hole created by the line and wr blocking that springs the play to be untouched

Yeah...because it was the same as a punt which is what would've happened if it wasn't intercepted.   What's the big deal?    Kizer has made plenty of bad plays to get your panties all in a bunch over...that isn't one of them.

Your expert football brain should admit that your beloved defense lost the game today.

So as long as the STs doesn't give up a return TD they played great? Don't be stupid

Show me where i said they played great?   I'm quoting the assclown saying the special teams is the reason we lost the game today.

No one person or group lost this game. Rarely is that ever the case (unless you're John OKorn).

But you're attempt at a "gotcha" asking how many points they directly gave up is pointless.

Punt coverage choked at the worst possible time. If they make the tackle there a solid chance we win. They had good coverage otherwise though.

D started to crumble late, but it was after short fields and a fading offense.

Offense was the best we've seen it all year with one critical rookie mistake at the end.

If you're giving one of the three the most blame, it would be D or ST.

Defense had a 14 point lead in the 4th quarter and couldn't hold the lead.   That's how the game was lost.   However we have Greg Williams kid here telling us the defense is elite and it was the special teams that lost that game and that is just simply stupid.   14 point lead with 1 quarter to play.  A good defense makes the stop to win that game.  This defense hasn't made an important stop all season long.   Not one.

So our very young, injured defense didn't make the stop after the STs allowed the Packers to start with a short field?

Fire them all!!!

D all day...... If the ST's gave up actual points then yea, hang it on them, but the D still had chance after chance to make a play even after the ST's gave up field position. Our future HoF #1 pick had play after play, series after series to take over the game, but was invisible - again.

Kizer and the offense played well enough for the win, almost - but in the end, they needed just one more play..... Njoku has to catch that 3rd down play at the end of the game, and the Browns win.

Nope...they didn't....  Nor did they stop after the fake punt...gave up a 50 yard drive then too.  They don't make big plays...haven't done it all season.   Fire them all is right...all the coaches.  Every single one of them.

There ya go. That'll fix it champ. Just fire everyone. It'll work eventually.

Context is for pussies anyway.
