Well, I guess if they're picking up a QB I never heard of (Mullens cut by Eagles) for the practice squad- they apparently weren't all that impressed with Lauletta. We will make some post-deadline roster moves: Phillips to IR. Fields perhaps to IR or Practice squad. Togiai to practice squad. Just had to protect them by adding them to the original 53. He's a rookie with upside they believe and they're willing to give him time to show it. It ain’t money in the bank just because you bought the ticket. Joe Jackson really did nothing wrong and if any team actually took notice he will get picked up…I’m surprised given the Cowboys struggles on D that he was cut by the Cowboys last year. Tommy T has a year to develop if he doesn’t he could be cut next offseason but the talk of him being ousted this year and not protected was ludicrous given the draft, his measurables and the way we handled Elliot last year. (I'm assuming they'd have only traded one of 'em) ...a little surprised by Joe Jackson not making it. And I kinda' liked that running back, #49, Kelly. Obviously there was no room for him.
