I honestly never measure anything unless I am trying to document a recipe to share. I just kind of wing it lol.

When we do lean turkey burgers I mix in shredded zucchini for moisture along with spices. Sounds weird but tastes good.

Of all the foods there are a good burger tops my list. I’ve found that the number one thing to get a perfect burger is using fresh ground 80/20 beef. No pink slime and other crap in it.

Game day food for today. Smoked beef short ribs, green beans with homemade bacon and onion and slaw.

I am concerned that when Hunt is back they are going to cut to far into Chubbs carries. He seems to get better the more carries he gets. Hunt should be worked in as a third down back and two back sets. We should use plenty of those.

Don’t be surprised if that’s reversed a bit as in a higher round player and a lower round pick. I think we may think our CB depth is pretty good.

It is certainly plausible that there are refs making calls that can steer a game for gain. I do not consider that to be directed at only the Browns. To think that has NEVER happened with the gambling money involved is likely as naive as thinking all of them are fixed. I’ll agree the majority are simply based on referees who simply suck at their jobs.

I use Grubhub and Doordash a lot when traveling for work. I’ve had Greek,Indian , sushi, bbq etc delivered. Usually awesome and the charge is usually around $5.

But where do you draw the line?? How many is it possible to overcome? At what point is the shit officiating simply too much to defeat? We could play a perfect game and it appears to me they would just make more shit calls to screw us. The calls yesterday weren't questionable, they weren’t a coin toss they were absolutely egregious calls that leave you wondering if they were intentional. Seriously picking just two the Landry TD with the nose of the ball on the goal line in a clear picture and the crackback block where the other player run into Jarvis leading with his shoulder and the penalty called on us were ridiculous. I think owners and coaches should band together , belly up to pay the fines and start to aggressively call out the bad calls until the NFL fixes the shit show their officiating has become. ALL calls should be watched and immediately overturned by league office in game when its so obvious a review shouldn't have even been necessary.

No question our turnovers hurt us. That said getting screwed repeatedly on blatant intentional bad calls hurt as much or more.

Cubes smoked brisket, smoked au jus pan drippings full of rosemary and thyme, beef stock , caramel iced onions. Declious and the smokiness adds a twist to the normal French onion soup.
