And yet, you missed me. Look at all the attention you wanted me to have. 3 posts! 😁
  2. Multiple? Just College Football since you never post about the Browns. You do know this was originally setup as a Cleveland Browns Board right? Anyway, college football pits the local Ohio Team vrs a hated Rival Michigan team. Right now, Michigan and it's HC needed to be disciplined for stealing signs in the most recent football season. Of course I'm going to have fun with that busting your chops. If Ohio State having the majority of wins in the rivalry this side of the year 2000 and the majority of fans makes you nervous - maybe you should seek out a message board that gives you the common bond you need? The other alternative is understanding it's only me - and I'm just busting your chops.
  3. Great points! But will they make the right changes? Bring the rules back to what they were in the 70s and 80s The rule changes to promote more scoring for higher TV ratings has put more players in space. We never saw this excessive volume of injuries in the 70s and early 80s. There was far more scrimmage action resembling the closer proximities of opposing players PRE-collision like rugby. Also, in rugby - there's no helmets so guess what isn't ever used as a weapon? The crown of the helmet. Consequently, there's far less incidence and prevalence of concussions. Rugby is a violent sport; but it's set up to limit things that the NFL is having trouble restricting. When Rodger doesn't want to see his officiating crews calling a lot of holding penalties, passers get longer time to throw perpetuating how attractive it is to get Receivers in space. What happens in space? Run-up collisions where the physics don't favor player safety. As the 40 times get faster everywhere - the run-up collisions get more violent from the physics of it all. And what happens when a guy like Gronk or Kelsey has/had the speed of a WR? I loved football in the 70s and 80s. We weren't losing about 4-5 starters seemingly every week like we have in recent years. If you played fantasy football in the last few years or so - you'd see that wasn't exclusive to the Browns. Backs like Leroy Kelly, Greg Pruitt, Mike Pruitt, Walter Payton, Earl Campbell, etc were really fun to watch. A few decades later we'd see James Harrison queuing up Josh Cribbs or MoMass looking in a pass over the middle greeted with the crown of his helmet. And that guy had the neck circumference of an oak tree.
  4. Any thoughts Woody? That kid's gorgeous above. He gets me hornier than my Barbie Doll movie. Every time I see him, the thing between my thighs makes my Levi's rise.

Fair enough Jax. I was just using his age and he's had his 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s. You're right - some of that is not fair on my part. NOBODY knows the truth behind either guy. I'm here because a couple guys on this board kept coming over to the football board - knowing Steve has forbidden us to talk politics on the football board bringing up Watson is a dirt bag for all of the allegations he got himself into. Cal has been baiting it for a while. I came here to remind them Trump's been a dirt bag to the ladies for a lot longer than just part of his 20s (like Watson's 4 years). I don't want to be here doing this any more than you guys want me to. You're witnessing what this crap is like right? My being here was a response. In a perfect world, golden rule would work extremely well. I'll stop all this at my end.

If that last line below and the rest of all this was about Deshaun Watson he'd be a dirt bag even if all allegations were BEFORE he stepped on the field as a Cleveland Brown. In fact you and Gorka have made it a point to call him that on the football board very recently. I'm sticking with that same precedent you guys set right down to all the years before he won an election against a female. Here's some stuff from Wiki: In a 1998 interview with Chris Matthews, two years before his 2000 presidential campaign, Trump said that his history with women could prove to be an issue in the event of a future presidential campaign, saying "Can you imagine how controversial I'd be?...You think about (Bill Clinton) with the women. How about me with the women? Can you imagine?"[165] A 2002 article in New York magazine quoted Trump talking about Jeffrey Epstein: "I've known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy. He's a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it, Jeffrey enjoys his social life."[166] In 2008 Epstein pleaded guilty to charges involving child prostitution. In 2019 he was charged with child sex trafficking; he died in his cell before facing trial.[167] CNN posted a video in 2016 describing various sexually suggestive comments that Trump has made publicly about his daughter Ivanka.[168] Trump's top strategist, Steve Bannon, said that Trump lawyer "Marc Kasowitz 'took care' of 100 women during the [2016] presidential campaign".[169]
  7. Last year at this time, BYU had a WR entering the draft that was 6-1 208lbs and not very well known by NFL Draft enthusiasts. His name is Puka Nacua and he was selected by the Rams in the 5th round (as their last of 4 picks in that round). More specifically, he became their 8th pick. Here's a written summary of the selection: Non-stop motor and aggressive attitude helped Nacua overachieve for the Cougars... Good hands and body control... Can be dangerous on reverses and sweeps... Not a deep threat... Will make it difficult for the Rams to cut him, but he's not a game-breaker... In 2023, this rookie had 105 receptions 1486 yards 6 TDs 14.2 yards per catch. Against the Browns he had 4 rec 105 yard 1 TD 26.3 ypc and 2 carries for 34 yards. Let's just say we got acquainted more than we wanted to. Why all this? There's really good prospects all over this country that aren't on national television every week. These are the gems in rounds 5-7 that award the teams that put in the research and the GMs that trust that research.
  8. And it wasn't like that cop didn't just get called out of a diner with a belly full of grits...
  9. How about this guy as one of our last 2 picks? WR Luke McCaffrey, Rice 6-2 195 lbs. Beat his older brother Christian's time in the 40 yard dash running a 4.46. He started off as a QB for Nebraska before transferring to Rice and settling in at WR. He'd make a very good slot receiver IMO. https://www.nfldraftbuzz.com/Player/Luke-McCaffrey-QB-Nebraska
  10. You're on a roll tonight! 😆 Looking at the weight of the guy above - I should have said you're on a bunch of rolls...

You refused to admit you were wrong so you pretended all the times he did this before turning 69 are irrelevant to him being a dirt-bag. Then came the detour to you asking me if it happened when he was President.
  12. Baker had more fans on our board after he was a Cleveland Brown. Where else does stuff like this take place?

Staying consistent with your thought has Watson had the allegations since he's been a Brown? Don't change the subject because it got inconvenient. I came here to tell you that's hypocritical to adore one guy with with a lot of these allegations in his past but call another one a dirt bag. The Kinder Gentler Flugel has to go back to work now.

Okay I used to coach Dumbbells so I'd be happy to do that again for you. "That's your nose you just rubbed in my shit. Will you stop rolling in it?"

😆 Don't you dare start missing me. At least you're giving me credit for having subconscious brain cells Gorka. I appreciate your generosity. I would have done all this on the football board but we've been forbidden to talk politics on it; and rightfully so...
  16. Do I dare say that could be one of the best things that happened to our 2024 draft? And "with the 85th pick of the NFL Draft the Cleveland Browns select Defensive Tackle and Happy Hour Coordinator T'Vondre Sweat from the Texas Longhorns in conjunction with the Travis State Penitentiary." Once upon a time (1988) Al Davis drafted a DE Scott Davis 25th overall out of Illinois that was in jail during the draft.
  17. Not only that Bryant was a very good OT in high school believe it or not. I can't remember if he switched to TE as a senior or in college. All that being the case, I thought he'd bring some of those blocking skills to our offense. I was wrong. On the other hand, David Njoku has developed into a very good blocking TE after a shaky start with that part of his game. In some of our previous discussions where we picked 5 favorite guys for our 2nd and 3rd round draft slots - Dutch put Buckeyes TE (morphed from LB/DE) Cade Stover at 6-4 251 lbs as one of his favorites. He seems like he offers that throwback dual purpose Dave Casper/Mark Bavaro type. He made tons of clutch catches at Ohio State and had 5 TD receptions in each of the last 2 years. In the end, I like your thinking about TE and Sanders is listed as the 2nd highest rated TE in 1 magazine and the 3rd in another. Stover is rated just 1 spot behind him in each of those draft magazines fwiw. Both guys are good clay to mold for an NFL team.
  18. Understandable Aggies! We could use another difference maker up front inside or on the edge so it'll be interesting.
  19. If you're old school like some of us - go buy a draft Magazine and it'll get you up to speed with the names, positions and rankings within the position groups.
  20. You got me good the other day Diehard. You do that better than anyone to me when we're on different sides of a debate; and you nail me with something you know I can only laugh my ass off with at my expense.
  21. We lost Harrison Bryant so this would be a nice upgrade. This is always fun when we throw our draft ideas into a blender.
  22. He's a very good player! He and Ladd McConkey (who ran in the 4.3s) run great routes and have good hands.

Oh yes you do care about Trump's sexcapades. It gets you all riled up. I can tell by the cyber tough guy cussing. You were giving me 3 replies every time time I only give you 1. I'm hitting all kinds of nerves or jarring something loose. Now he's not not a dirt bag if he refrained from sexual harassment during the short span he was in office? 😆 Terrific! Now that there's no recent news of Watson sexually harassing women since he has been a Cleveland Brown - we'll apply your criteria to him. You need a black Saint especially while your Messiah is in and out of court. You've been flying off the handle since we've been talking. Looks like we need to get Nurse Ratched back to your part of the R-WING. You need your meds. As you were...
  24. That injury history could push him back to our 1st draft slot. When you get home from work I just started a thread nobody will see until tonight about who do you think the Browns will pick at #54 overall?
