And the ones returned were claimed by his lawyer to be the only ones they held. If she knew this was a lie she could be disbarred. If she didn't know because her client lied to her (he would never do that), then ii shows criminal intent to keep selected classified documents from being in the hands of the DOJ, an indication of the crime of obstruction of justice. Identification of declassified intel has to be sent to all who handle it, not just the president, so they are all completely aware of that fact.
